Our refund and returns policy offers a no quibble guarantee for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If you find that the product does not work as expected or is defective in any way during this time, simply return it to us and we will refund your purchase via the same process as it was purchased ( Credit / Debit Card, Paypal , Bank Transfer etc ). We will ask that you fill out a form explaining why the product is being returned under this gaurantee.

After 12 months, we are happy to provide a price for repair or replacement of any item.

Please note that if the item is physically damaged, e.g. Fire, Water or has had incorrect power applied to it, then we reserve the right to query the return under this guarantee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product(s) by signed and insured delivery to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping will be deducted from your refund.
